Account Deletion
To permanently delete your Kaana account and all associated data:
In-App Method:
- Open the Kaana app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Follow the in-app deletion process
Manual Request:
- Email: toddmirzai@xyzen.io
- Include your username and email address
- Processing time: Within 30 days
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your account:
What can be deleted:
- Individual posts and videos
- Profile information

What is kept:
- Account credentials (for continued access)
- Essential app functionality data

Account Deletion Request
Permanently delete your Kaana account and all associated data
To delete your Kaana account and all associated data:
- Open the Kaana app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Follow the in-app deletion process

Data Retention
How long we keep your data
Account Data
- Active Accounts: Retained while you use the service
- Deleted Accounts: Permanently deleted within 30 days
- Inactive Accounts: May be deleted after 2 years of inactivity
Content Data
- Posts & Videos: Retained until you delete them
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized after 2 years
- Location Data: Deleted after 1 year of inactivity
Children's Privacy
Kaana is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
International Users
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
